Returns & Refunds~

 

Our return policy is very simple:

 

If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on L.Nicholas Smith Fine Art for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date.   As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.   Please note – L. Nicholas Smith Fine Art does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality that occurred upon our outgoing shipment.  We also cannot intervene with orders arranged through our distributers or visiting artists.

 

We are not responsible for an damage incured during the return shipment.

Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose your completed return request. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method. 

 

We will typically issue your refund  within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.
