Accepted Methods of Payment

 

Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)  using secure Square Registar software. You can purchase directly online or request e-invoices.  FDIC Checks/Money Orders, Cash can also be accepted through direct person sales.  If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. Contact us at nicksmithfineart@gmail.com for further contact specifics. If your checks or cash bounce or are rejected by our Bank you will be responsible for all incurred fees, legal investigation and related fees. 

 

 

 

Shipping Policy

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm of when we have them. Original paintings are always ready but Prints and Merchandise may be subject to delays from our suppliers.

Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS
UPS
FedEx

DHL

 

Which carrier we use depends on what we are shipping and where that package is going to.


Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping & Handling Rates
There is free shipping to addresses within U.S.A, our territories and APO, FPO addresses unless otherwise specified.  Free local pick-up from our studio is available by appointment.  A shipping and handling quote is included on custom original painting quotes.

 

International Shipping

If you can receive mail from the United States, we are willing to  ship to you!

All orders shipping to destinations outside of U.S. territories will have a base shipping rate of $50 and goes up from that point based on cummulative weight. The total will be visible upon checkout. You can adjust your order after you see the totals.  This rate includes, handling and delivery insurance. We will declare the actual purchase price on the customs forms.  We are not responsible for any import tarifs, taxes, fees such as VAT, etc. 

 

Crated Shipments

If the shipping destination warrants crated shipping then a custom built wood crate will be made. The crate will have insulation and be reusable.  The art is wrapped in acid-free paper, packaging paper and bubblewrap then completly wrapped in heavy black plastic wrap.  There is a good 5-6inches between the art and wood.  If original artwork is included a blue folder with the certificate of authenticity and receipt is included as well. Otherwise, just the invoice and information sheets will be inside the crate with the art.  Outside the crate will have my logo, up direction indicators and a transparant plastic sheet screwed over the shipping paperwork.  Most countries want to inspect the invoice and a copy will be affixed outside with the shipping paperwork.


Back Orders 
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
