This is a small painting of General George Washington's Headquarters flag used during the American Revolution War. Most famously flown during the Continental Army's winter encampment at Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.

It is one of the oldest 6-pointed 13 star flags in our history.

The original silk and linen hand-stitched flag can be seen at the Museum of the American Revolution in Philadelphia, PA
