Happy New Year!
Greetings from Big Bend National Park, Texas. I've been off the grid for several days enjoying the beauty of our border lands with Mexico.
It's always productive to take some personal time, unwind, and refresh your soul. Doing so refuels your spirit and perspective. For example, getting across the Rio Grande River is very easy in certain parts and during certain times of the year. However, scaling down the majestic cliffs in the State of Chihuahua through the Santa Elena Canyon isn't going to reasonably happen. Needless to say, US Border Patrol is working very hard down here so that we can live our American experience, welcome thousands of international tourists and showcase our breathtaking desert mountains in peace and safety.
