So, like a good healthy husband I went straight to the local gym after getting out of my day job today. Then I had the brilliant idea of stopping by our local HEB grocery store...on the night before Thanksgiving. As everyone knows this is what all the smart kids do.
When I finally got up to the check out lane, I realized I was in my sexy judgement free zone exercise clothes and had left my wallet in the car. Embarrassingly, I pulled my cart over and left to fetch my wallet. When I returned, my cashier said someone paid for my groceries and that this random act of kindness by strangers occasionally happens and I was to just enjoy it.
Well, I would like to send sincere thanks to that secret tab payer in Bulverde, Texas this evening and wish to let that person know I will definitely pay it forward in the future.
