During WWII the United States and our Allies lost or have still missing 1,659 pilots and crew Flying the Hump over the Himalayas to help free China from Japan. During the China-India-Burma Campaign 594 aircraft were lost.


This is a painting of a B-29 Superfortress and P-51's heading to China from bases in India and Burma.
